Part of the fleet moved to GitHub with Odoo.sh hosting, where none of §3
applies. Odoo.sh runs tests only on dev-stage branches and reports no commit
statuses or check runs back to GitHub, so a ruleset has nothing to require
and gh pr merge --auto merges without waiting. §3b explains that gap, what
contributors now see, and why a build can fail with "browser test skipped".

The §9 RWI example described the old GitLab + Kubernetes setup in every
field — repo, branch, deploy target, live URL, submodules. Replaced with its
actual GitHub + Odoo.sh configuration, and the other illustrative rwi/ paths
genericized so they stop asserting something untrue.
